Eager to learn about dog behavior and become experts in Playroom Management
Prior experience working with dogs is preferred.
You will:
Supervise playrooms and educate dogs
Proactively manage a large group of dogs in open-play to reinforce good behavior and keep them playing well. This is not just playing with dogs.
Continuously walk the room to reward positive behaviors and manage the energy level by redirecting dogs when necessary.
Learn our positive-reinforcement and redirection process for gently addressing undesirable behaviors.
Engage in stimulating, fun, educational activities and games with the dogs.
Care for all furry friends as if they were part of your family
Keep playroom safe & healthy
Keep playroom clean at all times.
Complete cleaning procedures to ensure the long-term cleanliness of the playroom.
Follow proper protocols with pet-safe cleaning solutions.
Work in the Spa
Bathe dogs of all sizes (some very large) using our state of the art Spa facility
Trim nails, clean teeth, and clean ears
You can:
Be around groups of playing dogs of all sizes
Spend up to 8 hours standing and walking
Work flexible days and hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends
Lift up to 40 pounds
Training: Prefer 1 year previous experience.

We are searching for an attentive, doting Pet Care Takers (Kennel Attendant) to oversee the well-being of the animals in our care. The Kennel Attendant’s responsibilities include cleaning runs/cages, administering medication, and providing animals with food and water. You should also communicate diminished functioning to the Veterinarian on call.
To ensure success as a Kennel Attendant, you should be able to anticipate and tend to the needs of animals. Ultimately, a top-notch Kennel Attendant will be able to tailor their care according to animals’ physical, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
Kennel Attendant Responsibilities:

Our CSR’s is a pivotal role in the daily operations of the center. While often being the first part of the clients experience, the Customer Service Representatives will need to be enthusiastic and focused on ensuring clients and their pets feel welcomed and comfortable. Our Customer Service Representatives is our first impression to pets and pet parents and because of this needs to behave in a professional, welcoming, and warm demeanor, be empathetic to all guests and pets needs, and have an outgoing, others-focused personality. They must also have strong verbal communication skills, be able to handle calls, client concerns, and multiple tasks professionally and patiently.
